Rehabilitation Network Employee Testimonials
Employee testimonials are a powerful tool that speaks volumes for reputation building of an organization. As the creative lead on Lutheran HealthCare Rehabilitation Network’s comprehensive rebranding campaign, I leveraged employee testimonials conveying “those who know us best, use us most” messaging, positioning Lutheran Rehabilitation as experts who provide comprehensive care close to home.
Other campaign materials included a packet of marketing collaterals consisting of a set of rack cards, a physician facing one-pager to boost referrals, and a pocket folder to leave materials for referring physicians, as well as exterior signage.

The campaign ran for six months in local mainstream and ethnic print publications. It also ran internally in print and digital. It competed nationwide against agency work done on significantly bigger budgets and was awarded Silver Awards by the Aster Awards in two categories, placing it in the top 12% nationally.
Results: The campaign yielded a 5% increase in outpatient visits when most local outpatient facilities were declining and maintained a 90th percentile occupancy rate on the inpatient unit when our competitors were in the 60th percentile.
